Every RM1 you spend earns Crumbs — save them up and swap them for a free cake slice or money off your order. Your tier is set by your total lifetime spend, so everything you've ever ordered already counts toward it, and the higher your tier the faster you earn. Your Crumbs balance starts building from your next order (see “I've been ordering for years…” below).

Mainly by ordering: 5 Crumbs per RM1 in Foodie, 7 in Indulgent, 10 in Connoisseur. On top of that there are one-off bonuses for joining, signing up to our emails, following us and leaving a review — plus 1,000 Crumbs each time a friend you refer places their first order.

Your order history set your starting tier, so your years with us counted from day one — that's why you may already be Indulgent or Connoisseur, earning Crumbs faster than a new member. Crumbs themselves start adding up from your next order; past purchases don't convert into Crumbs, but they've already earned you your tier and its higher earn rate.

A voucher sized to your tier: RM5 for Foodie, RM10 for Indulgent, RM15 for Connoisseur. It lands automatically on the day.

Pick any reward you can afford here and hit redeem — it applies to your next order at checkout. There's a small minimum order: RM50 for a free cake slice or the RM5 voucher, RM80 for the RM10 and RM15 vouchers.

From 31 March 2027, Crumbs expire after 12 months without any account activity — placing an order or redeeming a reward resets the clock. Redeemed rewards should be used within the window shown on the reward.
