Midnight Chocolate Cake

1. Six layers, built by hand — top to bottom:

• Chocolate Mirror Glaze — thin, glossy, dark. Poured fresh for each order.
• Chocolate Mousse — dense, smooth, rich. The heaviest chocolate layer in the cake.
• Coffee Chantilly Cream — light with a coffee bite. Balances the chocolate so you taste more than one thing.
• Chocolate Sponge — soft, moist. Holds the structure between the cream layers.
• Hazelnut Royaltine — toasted hazelnut and feuilletine at the base. That's the crunch.
• Salted Caramel Drizzle — across the top. Ties the coffee and chocolate layers.

Yes. The base layer is hazelnut royaltine. Also contains dairy, eggs, and wheat. If there's a nut allergy at the table, try the Burnt Cheesecake or Ultimate Chocolate Cake instead.
