What makes this different from a classic red velvet?

Real raspberry purée in the batter. Classic red velvet leans entirely on its cream cheese frosting for character — ours adds a tart berry note through the sponge itself, so the flavour holds up bite after bite. How many people does it serve?

The 7-inch serves 6–10 comfortably; the 9-inch serves 12–16 — right for bigger birthdays and office parties. For 1–4 people, go for the 5-inch mini (0.6kg).
