Ordered the Raspberry Velvet Cake for a birthday celebration, and this was my first order from Elevete! 🍰🎂

The flavour was really good! I especially loved the hint of lemon in the cake — it gave it a nice, refreshing taste. The cake was also very moist and, honestly, very sedap! It was a little sweet, but not too overpowering, so everyone could still enjoy it.

Everyone loved the cake and we were really happy with the choice! ❤️ From ordering to delivery, everything went very smoothly as well.

Overall, a really good experience and I’d definitely order from Elevete again! ✨

The cream is tangy (tak muak), and cake has raspberry hint without being too overpower & is moist.The sweetness is just nice. Usually velvet would have chocolate taste, but this one leans more to berry and is a nice change of taste.

I have mistakenly put the wrong address for my cake delivery today and only realised that my cake was delivered to the last address from my previous order.
Hence I made a call to Pei Wen and she actually went back to collect my cake (from the mistaken restaurant) and personally re-delivered it to where I was having dinner. And for this, I am absolutely grateful for her for going mile in ensuring that I have the cake for my family gathering. Kudos to one of the best customer services I have ever experienced!
