Sadly disappointing.
For the price point, I think I tasted milk powder in the cheesecake, and it was too sweet for my liking. Three stars for the online purchase + shipping process though. Sadly I won't be buying this cake again.

I ordered a Tokeru cheesecake at 6:10pm (after the 6pm cut-off for same-day delivery) as a last-minute surprise. I called to ask if delivery was still possible and even offered to pay extra. They listened and still went out of their way to organise same-day delivery, which made our last-minute birthday cake celebration a reality.

The cheesecake itself was nicely made and very smooth, though personally I found it a little on the sweet side — just a matter of personal preference as I’m not really a cake eater.

What really stood out was the excellent customer service and overall experience — very responsive, and genuinely caring. Would highly recommend.

I would like to raise a concern regarding the cake we ordered today. Unfortunately the cake was undercooked in the middle, making it difficult to cut and serve🥲🥲

The cheesr layer is really delicious but the top layer is a bit too sweet for me.

Cake was nice, not too sweet, base made of oats. Delivery in timely manner.
